InsideVision™ is a subsidiary owned by Thuros and focuses on delivering embedded analytics and data dashboards as a product with the icCube software. We love providing insights with data, but we also love privacy, yours and ours. In this document you can read how we deal with your personal data.
personal data that we process and why we do that
If you want to use our services or if you are interested in the field of embedded analytics, data dashboards as product or icCube, we could ask you for personal details. This could be done, for example, through the contact form on our website. The reason why we do this varies. Below we list the reasons why we process personal data and which data that is:
- first and last name
- company, function, department
- e-mail address
- telephone number (or possibly skype name)
We use this information to contact you and see how we can best help you. If our contact does not lead to an agreement, we will delete this data from our systems no later than a year after our last contact.
To anyone who is interested, we can occasionally send interesting facts, news and marketing information about embedded analytics, data dashboards as product or icCube through the e-mail. We only do this if you have given us explicit permission for this. If you no longer wish to receive this, you can unsubscribe again anytime by means of a link at the bottom of each email.
If you are a customer or partner of us, in addition to the above information, we store invoicing data of you or your organization and any extra details that your organization requires to complete the billing process.
special personal data
We do not process special personal data like information on health, age, sex, ethnicity and the like.
applicable rules
In the processing of personal data we are bound to the applicable laws and regulations in The Netherlands. We keep a close eye on new legal developments. In that context, we reserve the right to make changes to this privacy statement in order to have it match the latest state of affairs, as stated at the bottom of this privacy statement.
storage period
We have already mentioned some storage periods in the above document. Our starting point is that we do not keep your personal data longer than you would like or that is legally required. The retention period we use is related to the purpose with which we have received or collected the data and any legal obligations.
share with others
In principal, we do not share your personal data with others. We only do this if this is necessary for the execution of an agreement with you, or to comply with a legal obligation.

We use technical and functional cookies at www.inside-vision.com. These are necessary for the technical operation of the website. They ensure that the website works properly and remember, for example, your preferences.
In addition to these technical and functional cookies, we also allow Google Analytics to place cookies. We have a processing agreement with them. We allow this so that we can analyze the visitor behavior on the website and improve the web experience. This data is only encrypted and processed anonymously. Furthermore, we have ‘data sharing’ with Google turned off and the data is not used with other services of Google. The Google Analytics cookies have a storage period of 14 months.
You can opt out of cookies by setting your internet browser in such a way that it does not store cookies anymore. In addition, you can also delete all information previously saved via the settings of your browser.

You have the right to view, correct or delete your personal data. If you want one of these things, please send an email to info@inside-vision.com.

We take the protection of your data seriously and we take appropriate measures to prevent misuse, loss, unauthorized access, unwanted disclosure and unauthorized modification. This website uses a reliable SSL Certificate to ensure that your personal data does not fall into the wrong hands. Also, we use a SSL certificate on our demo website dash.inside-vision.com.
your privacy rights
When you submit a request for access, correction, objection or deletion of your personal data, we will respond to your request as soon as possible, but no later than four weeks. You can submit this request via e-mail to info@inside-vision.com.
